In today's world, everyone wants to achieve their goals as quickly as possible. We are constantly focused with messages about setting goals, making plans, and taking action to achieve them. However, it's important to remember that goals are just one part of the process. If you want to achieve your goals consistently and sustainably, you need to focus on the system that will help you get there.
Focusing on the system means focusing on the process and the daily
habits that lead to achieving your goals.
It's about putting in place a set of routines and practices that will
help you move towards your goals every day. This is in contrast to focusing on
the goal itself, which can be more short-term and specific. While it's
important to have clear goals, focusing solely on the goal .
What does system and goal mean?
- If you’re a coach, your
goal is to win a championship.
- Your system is what your team does at practice
each day.
- If you’re a writer, your
goal is to write a book.
- Your system is the writing schedule that you
follow each week.
- If you’re a runner, your
goal is to run a marathon.
- Your system is your training schedule for the
month.
- If you’re an entrepreneur, your
goal is to build a million dollar business. Your system is
your sales and marketing process.
- If you're a student ,
your goal is to acquire knowledge .
- Your system is to study every day and learn something new everyday.
- If you only focus on system instead of goal then can you
achieve what you want to achieve in life? Then I think you would.
- Sometimes focusing on only goal may have disadvantages in life
like

expectations: Setting unrealistic goals
can set you up for disappointment .
- If you
set a goal that is too ambitious or outside of your control, you may
become demotivated or feel like you've failed when you don't achieve it.

life.

example, if you set a goal to advance in your career, you may neglect your
relationships or health.

and stress: The pressure to achieve a
goal can cause anxiety and stress. This can be especially true if you set

But every time we set a goal, we try to do predict future. We
try to plan out where we will be and when we will make it there. We try to
predict how quickly we can make progress, even though we have no idea
what situations will arise along the way. so at the end when things will
not go on way , we feel stressed .
So forget about predicting the future and build a
system that can signal when you need to make adjustments.

focusing on the goal:

planned. In contrast, focusing on the system means putting in place daily
habits that you have control over, such as running a certain distance each day
or following a specific training program.
Like that if you want to crack any exam, you can't do that in a single
day and if you always focus on the result then also you can't get the expected
result. So to get the expected result you need to focus on system. Here system
means studying one chapter each day and with discipline.
This helps you feel more in control of the process and can keep you
motivated even if you encounter hardship.

When you focus on the system, you are building momentum towards your
goals every day. Small, consistent actions can add up to big results over time.
For example, if your goal is to write a book, you might commit to
writing for 30 minutes every day. Even if you only write a few hundred words
each day, over time those words add up to a completed book. This consistent

when the end goal seems far away.
We all know in mathematics that if you do only 0.1% every day then at
the end of year it will become 31.18% but if you do worse work 0.99 % every day
then it will be 0.03% at the end of year .
