 people don't know the way to stop sufferings. Forget about the solution, they don't even realize the cause of their suffering. They tried to blame others. Is not it foolish? How could the reason of their inner sufferings present outside? But after that also that's what we all do.



 

The main root cause of suffering is "showing off". We live in a world, where we are surrounded by such people, whose main purpose of life is to show off!  Not only others but also we are doing this thing every time. We are pretending like our achievements are remarkable and just to maintain the status we are showing off how relax our life is. Whether we have something or not but we are trying to show off that. 

 


 

Showing one's abilities and achievements is an age-old phenomenon that has been present in society for centuries. It is human nature to want to impress others, gain attention so it will boost our self-esteem by presenting a picture-perfect version of ourselves. However, this desire to show off has its disadvantages also, and it can cause pain for both the person who show off and those around them.

In today's world, showing off is widespread including schools, workplaces, homes, and social media. In schools, students may try to show off their academic achievements, extracurricular accomplishments to gain popularity. In the workplace, employees may showcase their professional achievements to get promoted or gain recognition. Similarly, people may show off their wealth or lifestyle on social media to gain followers and likes.

The desire to show off can boost various factors, including a desire for acceptance, and a lack of self-esteem. However, it can also increase our low self confidence. Regardless of this all , showing off can cause pain and discomfort for those around the show off.

Firstly, showing off can lead to feelings of jealousy among others. When someone flaunts their achievements or possessions, it can make others feel inferior and question their own worth. Moreover, it can create a competitive atmosphere where individuals feel the need to one-up each other, leading to an unhealthy and stressful environment.

Secondly, showing off can lead to isolation. When someone constantly brags about their accomplishments it can make others feel like they cannot relate to them or that they are only interested in themselves. This can lead to a breakdown in relationships and prevent others from wanting to associate with the show off.

Thirdly, showing off can cause harm to the show off themselves. When individuals constantly feel the need to present a perfect version of themselves, they can become overly self-conscious and anxious. Additionally, it can lead to a fear of failure or not living up to others' expectations, which can create a vicious cycle of seeking validation and feeling dissatisfied with oneself.

So how can we stop showing off and avoid causing pain to ourselves and others? The following are some ways to curb the urge to show off:
